SunRoom Plans

8/15/22

I've been a little under the weather for a while now so not doing too much planning. I did find a couple pics today that gave me some ideas. The floral decal in the first pic looks fabulous and the painted terra cotta pots are excellent! I really like the pastel trim in the last pic.

So I cannot leave good enough alone! I thought the little container still looked drab so I add more color by using brighter blue on the blue flowers and bright green on the leaves. I think I'm done now... lol

Went to Walmart yesterday and found some cute colorful artificial flowers on clearance for $1 a bunch so I bought 3 bunches and put them in my little galvanized flower bucket temporarily until I get the SunRoom done. I love the bright colors and they will fit right in with the plan!

I've been a little down in the dumps so I played with paint today. I had a wood container thingy I used to sit a houseplant in a few years ago and decided to change it up a little in case I wanted to use it in the SunRoom. Here is the before and after. I added tiny flowers to the legs and around the top and added hot pink to the hydrangea on the sides. I'm not sure if I will use it anywhere, but I used the time to paint it for mental relaxation.

I ran across this colorful pic and it inspired me so I'm putting it here with the rest of my ideas.

More inspiration.

My next project will be my 'sunroom/craft room' (3rd bedroom with wicker furniture). I love how fresh and bright this looks and I think I can use the pic to create something just as pretty! I tyically go for more neutral so this will be a bit of a challenge. The wheels are already turning!
